Phân tích các mẫu, nhóm nghiên cứu tìm thấy tổng cộng 70 hạt vi nhựa, có thể được phân thành 9 loại. Các hạt đo được từ 7,1 - 94,6 micromet và với nồng độ trung bình từ 6,7 - 13,9 hạt/lít.
